Thank you for choosing the 2021 VIRTUAL Harney County Migratory Bird Festival
We welcome you to our virtual event and appreciate your continued support of the Harney County Migratory Bird Festival!
Even though Harney County is back open for regular business, the decision to host an in-person or virtual festival was made many months ago when the majority of our event planning takes place. Rest assured! We have an AMAZING virtual event set up for you to see, hear about, and explore many places throughout Harney County.
You are on this page to register for live programming. If you haven't already read the live-programming descriptions on our website, or if you need a refresher, click this button:About Registration
...You do not have to register at all if you aren't interested in the live programming. Registration is also not necessary for the "Prairie Songs for a Feathered Heart" digital story, or the two in-person tours.
...We are using the Zoom online platform, which is free and easy to download. Zoom allows each of our live programs to come right to your personal device in the comfort of your own WiFi. Plan to download Zoom a few days ahead of time.
... EACH PERSON must be a registered participant, even if you all live together and will share the same device to watch a live program. Two or more people can process their billing together by utilizing the "Add Registrant" button at the end of the form - after you hit "Save," the "Add Registrant" and "On to Billing" options will appear.
...After you complete billing, you will receive a confirmation email. That email will contain a gray button (right in the middle of the page) that says "Access online event". This button will direct you to a new page with a list all of the programs you have registered for! Click on each program name from the list to see a description and the opportunity to "launch" the program through Zoom at the scheduled time.
…Also after you complete billing, you’ll have the option to set up an account with RegFox (the software we use for processing Bird Festival transactions). Look for the “Set Up Account Now” button. Having an account will allow you to go in and make additions to your “cart” without having to register all over again.
...Refunds and cancellations must be handled through contact with the site administrators.
